Lucy joined the Office of the Auditor-General in March 2022 as a Sector Manager, Parliamentary Group. She is responsible for the Transport and Infrastructure portfolios.

Before joining the Office, Lucy was Head of Research Investments and Contracts at the Health Research Council of New Zealand. Lucy has postgraduate qualifications in science and business and has held research management roles in the public and private sectors. Lucy is also involved in sports governance and is a member of the Institute of Directors.
