Ever wondered about all that money our government seems to have, and how it pays for everything?
In our last video, we talked about how rates and taxes are spent by Parliament, local councils, and public organisations. The Auditor-General keeps an eye on that money.
Dr Knight was our longest-serving auditor-general, and how he got the job was not what you'd expect.
We made this short video to support another piece of work about fraud. Although New Zealand has low rates of fraud, it pays to stay on the lookout.
