Flexible and hybrid working

We support informal and formal flexible working arrangements, which can include flexible start and finish times, reduced hours, and working remotely, among other options.

Our standard hybrid working model is working three days from the office and two days remotely.

Car parking

We have a limited number of carparks available in every office location to support work-life balance, flexibility, and to give staff the ability to attend appointments or meetings easily.

We give priority to our staff in their third trimester of pregnancy, where possible.

Carparks are available on a casual basis. They can be booked for half or a full day, one day per week per person, and up to two weeks in advance of the date people would like to use them.
