Office Co-ordinator, PASAI
The Pacific Association of Supreme Audit Institutions (PASAI) is the official association of 29 Supreme Audit Institutions (government audit offices and similar organisations) in the Pacific region. PASAI promotes transparent, accountable, effective, and efficient use of public sector resources in the Pacific. It contributes to that goal by helping its members to improve the quality of public sector auditing to recognised standards.
The PASAI Secretariat is responsible for leading the region to achieve the outcomes of PASAI’s 10-year Strategic Plan 2024-2034. Based in Auckland, the Secretariat operates through a New Zealand-registered incorporated society and is currently funded by several development partners, including the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade and the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
As Office Co-ordinator, you’ll be responsible for:
- co-ordinating the procurement and management of contracted service providers for the PASAI Secretariat;
- leading financial transaction processing and related in-house record keeping; and
- providing executive assistance to the Chief Executive.
We’re seeking a candidate who’s able to manage conflicting priorities with ease and plan and manage tasks independently. You’ll also be responsible for assisting with planning meetings and events across the Pacific region.
An understanding of and interest in the Pacific is useful but not essential.
