Capability and Culture Advisor (6 months, fixed term)

We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Capability and Culture Advisor to join our People and Capability team on a six-month fixed term parental leave opportunity starting mid-July.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing specialist capability and development advice and identifying, developing, and implementing learning events. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s keen to roll up their sleeves, build solutions, and contribute to a variety of capability initiatives.
