New office accommodation needed in Palmerston North

The Controller and Auditor-General is looking for office accommodation in Palmerston North, and has published a request for proposals on the Government Electronic Tenders Service (GETS).

We’re looking for 300 to 350m² of office space near the central business district in Palmerston North, for 18 to 20 employees. Our preference is for accommodation that:

  • is preferably within a 5-10 minute walk of the Palmerston North City Council offices;
  • has public car parking available nearby;
  • has an overall building design that fits with Audit New Zealand’s professional image;
  • has an open, flexible workspace on one floor plate;
  • has high levels of occupant comfort and services performance; and
  • provides a safe environment for our staff.
