Auditor-General to investigate Kaipara wastewater scheme

Last week, the Kaipara District Council asked the Auditor-General Lyn Provost to investigate the Council’s development of the Mangawhai Community Wastewater Scheme. The Auditor-General has decided to carry out an inquiry into these matters.

The terms of reference for the inquiry are currently being considered, and will be made public once finalised.
