Figure 1 shows that the three phases of the programme have a slight overlap with each-other. The design and build phase includes design and build service delivery models and enabling technology processes. This phase began in October 2020 and continued after 20 February, when the Covid-19 “run” phase started. This phase, which includes day-to-day operations across the country, will still be going as the last phase in the programme, “business-as-usual” immunisation, begins. The “business-as-usual” immunisation phase is estimated to begin from October 2021.
